Visual and UI Designer

(Remote – Thailand; Full time)

Things You’ll Do

Work closely with our founders, marketing team and product team to create visual assets and keep our visual branding consistent across all mediums.

Develop new visuals and UI for upcoming product features. Enhance Ko-fi’s brand and product with original, outstanding artwork that aligns with creator culture.

Build and scale Ko-fi brand across all channels and mediums. Create cohesive design systems that work cross-platform along with comprehensive design guidelines and specifications for the teams.

Design and produce multiple iterations. Deliver exceptional and inspiring work on both large and small tasks.

Who We’re Looking For

You are self motivated and eager to ship your best work.

You must have a strong visual and user interface design background with at least three years of real-world experience in app and web technologies.

You’re happy to work independently. Exploring concepts from beginning to end, yet also crave constructive feedback loops with your ideas.

You’re good at prioritising. You’re always looking for ways to make products better while also taking a considered approach to priorities to ensure the right things get worked on.

You’re resourceful. You ‘pull’ the information and guidance you need rather than waiting for it to be ‘pushed’ to you. You seek new and innovative ways of improving the product, the team and the way we do things without waiting to be told what to do or how to do it.

You ship. You pay attention to the details, embrace feedback and deliver outstanding pixel-perfect work when necessary.

You communicate. You’re happy to share your opinions and contribute ideas with team on a daily basis.

Extra credit. You’re a creator of some kind yourself!

Our Design Stack

We use new design tool wherever it makes sense, but the main tools are:

• Figma, Canva
• Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects
• Webflow, HTML, JavaScript, CSS (preferred)
